FAQ
What currency do you use to charge my card?
Even though you see your relevant currency depending on your location, we process all orders in USD and you will be charged using the most current exchange rates.
What is the difference between the Tiers?
Our Tier system represents the overall complexity of our saber’s internal components.
Tier 1 offers a good start for anyone who wants a saber and doesn’t want to break the bank for it. It offers a powerful, 12W RGB base-lit blade that can change to any color on the fly. Along with that, you have pre-loaded sound fonts with rich features so that your saber will sound and feel the way you want it. It can be an ideal choice for someone who is new to this kind of saber and wants to experiment, heavy-duelers who don’t want to damage an expensive Pixel blade, or younger lifeforms from all around the galaxy.
Tier 2 steps up a notch, and switches the blade to a Pixel blade and a Xenopixel soundboard. The blade contains a super bright 50W double-pixel strip. 288 individual RGB LEDs are glued together in the blade's core, making it a 144 LED. shining in two directions, and thanks to the amazing diffusion, it is scattered evenly in the blade. The Xenopixel soundboard is another step from Tier 1, as it now contains an SD card that allows you to upload any sound font you want to your saber and make it sound like your own. Do you want a manacing, darker-sounding hum? No problem. Maybe a traditional katana’s shoosh is your thing? Or cats meowing? We don’t judge. This Tier is perfect for cosplayers and fans alike. And anyone else, really.
Tier 3 is the ultimate combo. It uses the same 50W Pixel blade, but this time we put a Proffie V2.2 in its core, making it the most unique choice. A Proffie soundboard uses the power of Arduino, allowing you to program every single thing you want about your saber. It requires a bit of research and some programming flare, but it is not as difficult as it sounds, and once you get to know it, you will be pleased that you can make it truly one-of-a-kind.
How long is my Warranty?
Every Saber purchase comes with a 1-year warranty for parts and malfunctions that are not related to or caused by the user. Please note that the board and specific soundboards are not covered under the warranty due to the potential for damage by the user. If you believe your product to be defective, please submit a video clearly showing the issue. If our team at SABERS UNLIMITED determines the product to be defective, we will replace it after evaluating the product. This is what we refer to as our after-service. If the defect is not related to the user and the core is confirmed to be defective, you may be asked to send the hilt or inner core back to us at your own expense. We will cover the shipping fee for the return, repair, or replacement. Please be patient as we process your request. Please also provide us with your order number.
